Day Ninetyone

Still can't believe how quickly the days and year is flying by. God's blessings are coming and like a snowball travelling down hill, they are growing. So are my expectations.

1) For the truth found in the Word.
2) When men fail, God does not.
3) The journey is long but I couldn't ask for better company.
4) That my personal pain can be a source of comfort for someone else.
5) My wife who is always there to support God's will and not just my every whim. She keeps my life real.

Day Ninety

1) Family
2) Fun
3) Food
4) Friends
5) Foundation principles shared.

It was also a blessing to witness the baptisms last night at APC, what a source of joy and encouragement.

Day Eightynine

1) For moments of silence and reflection.
2) For his unchanging love.
3) For messages that speak to your heart and change you.
4) Personal growth in all areas.
5) Friendships that will last.

Day Eightyeight

1) For volunteers who give selflessly I am grateful.
2) For a Church that impacts the community in a positive manner I give God Thanks.
3) My ongoing health I thank the lord.
4) For new paths of communication found between the people I love.
5) The weekend which will be once again full, may I have the strength to endure.

Day Eightyseven

1) Hospitality of others.
2) Comrades which are more than just friends.
3) The ease of information access online.
4) Burdens the Lord places on the heart, increases focus and passion.
5) Did I mention that I am stoked about going to Israel.

Day Eightysix

1) Sleep, what a wonderful gift.
2) For new perspectives.
3) Understanding and compassion.
4) The ability to learn.
5) Sharing joy with others is the key to experiencing it. For if you cannot share it, it cannot deepen.

Day Eightysix

1) The privilege to come back to work.
2) Looking forward to serving with the community connection crew.
3) The rest I was able to enjoy on the weekend.
4) Enjoying and sharing a meal after learning how to cook it.
5) The ability to make new connections and friends.

Day Eightyfour

1) Sun Sun Mr. Golden Sun.
2) Extra day off.
3) My wonderful wife.
4) Baked Ziti - Anticipation is the best.
5) My life, which like the movie is wonderful.

Day Eightythree & four

So busy yesterday getting ready for the first Hamawi family games night. We had such a good time I had no time to post of FB or tweet anything.

1) For good food and family.
2) For laughter and sharing.
3) Frank discussions and settlements.
4) The extra day I have to breath.
5) The weather is beautiful. Get out there and enjoy.

Day Eightytwo

Went out for the first time with Community Connections to the Baymills location. New set of people and a new set of blessings. Great to be serving the community, very proud that this makes the father happy. Looking forward to serving with excellence.

1) Learning the heart of serving others.
2) Happy to be a part of the ministry group at APC.
3) For the long weekend forth coming, looking forward to the rest.
4) For working at a smaller company, the relationships are a lot tighter and you know how you fit in.
5) Everyday my mind is being renewed.

Day Eightyone

Wow eighty days have already gone by truly is our life moving fast. I am still grateful that I began this exercise and will continue to be "Thankful" and remember it throughout each day. Sometimes however it is hard to pin point what is not a blessing from God. I have learned that even when he takes away, that too can be a great blessing.

1) For the upcoming long weekend I get to spend with my family.
2) The support I get daily from my wife.
3) Freedom to practice and share my faith.
4) WDCX and 24/7 sermons.
5) Story's that friend share and help us feel like we are not the only ones going through difficulties.

Day Eighty - The Joy of being found in Christ.

May everyday find me more and more abiding in Christ. Amen.

1) My trust is found in Christ.
2) My faith is found in Christ.
3) My joy is found in Christ.
4) My salvation is found in Christ.
5) My righteousness is found in Christ.

Christ is the founder and author of my faith and may this truth remain in my eyes always. Christ is my all in all and everything worthy can be found in him. Peace , rest, comfort, blessing, justice, purpose, and direction.

Romans 5:8
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Day Seventynine

1) The opportunity to help others.
2) Our trip planning is coming together. Cant wait to get there.
3) I continue to be blessed by the members of APC.
4) I have been sleeping better.
5) I have a loving wife.

Day Seventyeight

1) The rest that comes from being content.
2) Time spent with those you love.
3) Fellowship with other brothers and sisters in Christ.
4) Pastors who are transparent.
5) The taste of food again.

Day Seventyfour

Listening to James MacDonald and the "Joy of Selflessness." Gleaned a little knowledge, that joy comes when we esteem others better than ourselves.

1) For the continuing revelations found in the word.
2) The leadership team @ APC.
3) God's economics, I can not out give God.
4) Christ is LORD OF ALL.
5) His burden is light and his grace abounds.

Day Seventythree

1) For increasing joy in my life.
2) Nothing and no one can separate me from God.
3) Gift of life.
4) Everyday.
5) The restorative power of sleep.

Day Seventytwo

1) Not only for what God adds but also for what he removes.
2) For the songs in my heart when I wake.
3) For the peace that passes all understanding.
4) God is always their and his judgment is righteous.
5) Truth that is delivered from Godly men. Praise God, for they speak new life into me. As ye therefore began in Christ Jesus, so walk ye in him.  If you abide in me then I will abide in you. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. In him was the life, and the life was the light of men. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the light, that all men through him might believe. And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld his Glory, the Glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Day Seventyone

1) Discovery of something new.
2) The quietness and beauty of snow.
3) Forgiveness with God has no expiry or best before date.
4) God's economics.
5) I have citizenship in a country that will never fade.

Day Seventy

1) Waking up with a song.
2) My warm new boots. Shovelling in style.
3) Coffee - Go go juice.
4) Small Mom & Pop shops. Fabians is great and so is Bon a Via

Day Sixtynine

1) For simple answers.
2) For Jazz in the mornings.
3) Tim Horton's. Always there when you need them
4) Hats that cover crazy hair.
5) Family who make you laugh.

Day Sixtyeight

I know I list only five things a day, but I find that there is so much more than that which comes across my path everyday. Trying to capture the essence of the best moments can sometimes be difficult. Today is no different than yesterday, but still there is some much to be grateful for.

1) I have a job.
2) I had food to eat this morning.
3) A wife that loves me and I mean the caring enough to tell me when I am wrong and need correction love. She is willing to risk everything to see that I have the best in life.
4) An opportunity to hear God's message this morning without persecution.
5) Converge gather later this evening with my church family.

How can I not look forward to the rest of the day and what God has in store for me.

Day Sixtyseven

1) Joy, unspeakable joy.
2) For the never ending truths revealed by God's word.
3) For the strength to do push ups after shovelling snow all day yesterday.
4) Laughter with those you love.
5)Quite moments spent thinking about the Lord and reviewing what he has done for you.

Day Sixtysix

What a wild morning. Lots of snow out their folks. Lovin it.

1) Arrived to work alive and in one piece.
2) For warm clothes and food in my stomach I am grateful.
3) The time I can take to enjoy a tea.
4) On a day like today I am grateful for all of the city workers.
5) For the truths found in God's everlasting, always relevant and speaking word. Praise God that it will stand and last forever.

Day Sixtyfive

1) For the warmth of a home and a bed of my own I am grateful.
2) For the chance to make better decisions.
3) The opportunity to be their for another person.
4) For the blessings of the father which are continuous.
5) Sharing with others God's goodness toward me.
